D5 / Web applications & custom software

Build around your real workflow.

When standard tools do not fit, a custom application can bring the agreed tasks into one place. We define user journeys, permissions and data before building the selected portal, dashboard or operational tool. Features are reviewed against a clear scope.

FROM YOUR BRIEF TO THE HANDOVER

One team.
Each step made clear.

The same brief guides the work and your review. Dependencies and responsibilities are confirmed before we begin.

01

Share the brief

Tell us the objective, selected services, existing materials and required timing.

02

Agree on the scope

Confirm deliverables, revisions, dependencies, price and schedule in the proposal.

03

Create and review

Project work starts after the 30% initial payment is confirmed. Review previews and the agreed revisions.

04

Approve and receive

After approval, pay the remaining 70% before final files and full administrative access are handed over.

Subscriptions are paid 100% in advance for the agreed period. Prepaid-hour work starts with 30% upfront; the remainder follows the agreed completion and handover terms. Third-party fees, licences and expenses are identified separately.

05 / BEFORE WE BEGIN

The practical
details.

When is custom software appropriate?

When the agreed workflows cannot be covered suitably by existing tools. We compare requirements with configuration options before defining a custom build and its maintenance needs.

Can features be delivered in stages?

Yes. We can define an initial release and later phases, each with agreed screens, acceptance checks, responsibilities and price. Additional features are estimated before work begins.

How are revisions and timing agreed?

Your proposal states the revision rounds, review responsibilities and schedule. New requests outside the agreed scope are estimated separately before they are added.

Can I combine this with another service?

Yes. Several digital services or an on-site installation can share one brief. Scope, pricing and responsibilities are confirmed for each part. Hardware visits are available in Morocco, subject to team confirmation.

Tell us what you want
to create or change.

A service list, your current situation and a clear objective are enough to start the conversation.
