Automation & Connected Tools

AUTOMATION / DIGITAL / WORLDWIDE

Less copying.
More connecting.

Your tools already hold the pieces. We connect the steps between them: enquiries, bookings, documents, notifications and selected AI-assisted tasks, with clear rules and an agreed review path.

01 / CONNECT THE WORK

The gaps between tools
are where work gets lost.

We start with what happens today, then define the trigger, the information to exchange, the action and the exception. A useful automation has a clear owner and a clear way to review it.

YOUR BRIEF

  • Your tools, subscriptions and available API access
  • Example data, error rules and approval responsibilities
Questions before we begin
Can any two tools be connected?

A connection needs supported APIs, connectors or another agreed exchange method. We check permissions, usage limits and data formats before committing to a workflow.

What happens if an automation fails?

The agreed design identifies error handling, notifications and any manual recovery steps. Monitoring and ongoing support are scoped separately from the initial configuration.

Digital projects start with 30% upfront. Review the completed work, then pay the remaining 70% before final files and full administrative access. Subscriptions are 100% prepaid. Scope, revisions, licences and third-party costs are confirmed in the proposal.
