01

The information you share

Account details include your name, username, email, password hash, verification and security settings, and any phone, billing or company details you add. We do not need your account password in project messages.

A service request can include selected missions, quantities, regional estimates, your brief, messages, reference files, deliverables, approvals and support history. An on-site request also needs the city, site address, contact and preferred appointment date. Company accounts can include invited team members, their roles and the projects shared with them.

Required fields are marked in the relevant form. Without the information needed for a requested account, quotation, visit or order, we may be unable to provide that feature. Optional company details, notes and reference uploads are your choice. Please share only information needed for the work; avoid sensitive personal information or other people’s data unless you are entitled to provide it.

02

Why we use it

We use the information to respond to enquiries, prepare estimates and quotations, create and secure accounts, coordinate requested services, arrange visits, provide progress updates, manage approvals and deliver the agreed work. Where applicable, this supports steps you request before a contract and performance of that contract.

We also use relevant records for billing, payment reconciliation, renewals, resolving disputes and applicable accounting or legal obligations. Security checks and limited technical records help prevent abuse and protect accounts and services. Where a legitimate-interest basis applies, it must be balanced against your rights.

Creating an account, placing an order or acknowledging the cookie notice does not subscribe you to advertising. Optional marketing or tracking requires its own applicable permission. Essential service and security communications are separate from promotional messages.

03

Location, prices and technical data

Our server uses an approximate country derived from your internet connection to select Morocco or international pricing and the corresponding currency. For a detected UK connection, the friendly cookie notice uses “biscuits”. This is country-level detection, not GPS or precise device-location access; VPNs and network routing can affect it. If detection fails, a default is used.

Requests necessarily transmit technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and time to the website infrastructure. These can appear in hosting/security logs. Short-lived abuse controls use a keyed hash derived from the connection address. Cookie settings do not disable security logging or the server processing needed to provide requested services.

See our Cookie Policy for the separate use of cookies, session storage and local storage.

04

Who can access project information

Relevant ATLAS team members access information needed to handle your request and deliver the work. Company owners and invited members can see information shared within their assigned projects and permissions. Messages or files placed in a shared project should be suitable for those recipients.

We use WordPress and WooCommerce on our hosting infrastructure to operate the site, accounts and orders. Hosting, security, backup and email-delivery services may process information necessary to operate those functions. Project-specific tools or suppliers receive the information needed for the agreed work; confirm sensitive-data handling with us before supplying production datasets or credentials.

Namecheap is used for domain-related services. Searching a domain submits the requested domain names through our server to Namecheap for availability and indicative pricing; it does not buy or reserve a domain. A later registration may need registrant details and the registrar’s own notices. We do not present Namecheap as a legal partner or claim its services are our own infrastructure.

Page fonts and animation libraries can load from Google Fonts, jsDelivr and Cloudflare’s CDN. Their servers receive connection details when your browser requests these resources. These resource requests are distinct from advertising trackers. External links lead to sites with their own privacy practices. Payment-provider processing will be described when a real payment method is enabled; example bank details are not a payment instruction.

05

How long records remain

Account and project records remain available for ongoing service delivery, support, renewals and the agreed handover. Ending a browser session does not delete those records. Billing and transaction records may also need to remain for applicable accounting, legal or dispute requirements.

Retention is assessed against the record’s purpose, the active customer relationship, outstanding obligations and applicable law. There is no automatic deletion schedule for all account and project records in the current workspace. Ask Support for a retention review, export or closure request; we will identify what can be removed and explain any necessary exceptions. Backup copies and independent provider records may follow separate retention arrangements.

The cookie notice choice expires after 180 days in your browser. Temporary rate-limit counters expire after five minutes; account-verification links expire after 24 hours. These technical expiries do not define the retention period for an entire customer account.

06

Security and international processing

The site uses HTTPS, hashed account passwords, permission checks and protected workspace file delivery. Account security options include authenticator verification where configured. Keep your credentials private, restrict company invitations and tell Support promptly about unexpected account activity. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.

Digital services are available worldwide and infrastructure or project suppliers may process information outside Morocco or your home country. A choice of display currency does not determine where data is stored. Where a proposed project involves regulated, sensitive or location-restricted data, ask us to confirm the suppliers, storage locations and required safeguards before transferring that information.

07

Your rights and requests

You can request access to and correction of information about you and object to processing on legitimate grounds under Moroccan Law 09-08. Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may also request erasure, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent. Withdrawing consent does not undo lawful processing already carried out, and some service or statutory records may need to remain.

Use Support for a privacy request, including if you cannot sign in. Tell us the email linked to the account and the nature of your request. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing personal information; do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an agreed secure route. Account settings let you update some profile details directly.

You can raise a data-protection concern with Morocco’s CNDP, or the competent authority where other applicable law gives you that right, such as the UK ICO. We welcome the opportunity to investigate your concern first.

08

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the way the website or services handle information changes. The date above identifies this version. New optional purposes, payment methods or tracking tools need an updated explanation and any required permission before use. This notice describes the site; it is separate from the quotation and service terms governing your project.
